I realize that I will be out of the states for almost the entirety of the next seven months. I will be starting a new photo blog and attempting to keep up with it daily until I return to the states for good in January.
Here’s my itinerary:
Unless I did my math wrong (very likely), that should be 215 days. The goal is to take one picture a day for the duration of this itinerary. No other rules, really. Pictures will be taken daily, but they may or may not be posted daily, pending travel time, internet availability, and proxy access in China.
This will be my first ever photo project. If it turns out to be too much, I might lower the number or something. You can follow me at www.photogiraffes.tumblr.com (not much there right now!). A novel name, I know, so I might get tired of it and change it later, hehe.
As much as I want to grow and be challenged in my photography, I want to grow even more in intimacy with God. Besides making time each day for photography, I want to commit to making time each day for the Word. So as an accountability tool, along with each photo, I’ll also post a verse/take-away from my devotional/literature each day. Keep me accountable, friends! :)
PS: Add me on Gchat (tangyfelix) or Skype (felixhtang) if you wanna vchat!
