I’ve been biking everyday for the past week (achievement!). But I fell off my bike this morning while going downhill and scraped up my elbow and knee a bit. Had to give up on the morning ride early and go home :(.
I also just completed Ab Ripper X for the first time at Michael’s house. I kinda wanted to die and be with Jesus at the end.
But this kid kept me going, and reminded me to feel happy of myself.
Also, THUMBS UP EVERYBODY FOR ROCK AND ROLL!
